These test cocks are a treat, if you have not seen them before.

These operate by connecting your hoses. Forget the screwdriver. Simple compression opens the test cock to your hoses. Try not to panic when you take your hoses off and they still leak.

You may have to pull the black part of the test cock up.

These are not a good idea next to a 110 Volt power outlet.
